During the first week of May the Streiff family took a hike up to their Alp. The task? To clean and prepare the dairy for the summer. Summer, however, seems still to be far away. On Alp Braunwald there's still snow. "We just have to wait for the snow to melt", says Margrit Streiff. Other than that they are ready to go.
