The first Adopt-an-Alp cheeses are in the stores now – and already they have had an impact. Although we were always sure about their quality, it nevertheless is exciting to hear and get so much praise from our peers. Here we go:
And a phone call from Ken Skovron at Darien’s Fine Cheese: “They are all so beautiful. It was such a joy to see and taste them all. They all are world champions. It’s such a joy to have these Alpage cheeses in the store. Thanks for working with these people and bringing us such outstanding cheeses. Thanks for doing what you do.”
“We got our two Alpage cheeses today, and they are just fantastic.” Lila Dobbs at Foster Sundry about the Alpage Gruyère Pierrefeu and Alpkäse Laui 2019.
And Xander Stanfield of Liberty Heights Fresh in Salt Lake City: “The Gruyère Pierrefeu and the Berner Alpkäse AOP from Alp Site arrived yesterday. I could not be happier with them. Both are amazing, the Site wins for me.”
And if you don’t believe John Nava, just read what Kate Arding at Talbott&Arding in Hudson/NY has to say about the Alp Bleiki Sbrinz: “The Sbrinz arrived and is absolutely delicious. We are thrilled! It will be the centerpiece of our pop-up outside the store next Saturday.”
